We are a group of patients from the practice who work with the GPs and practice manager to help to improve the patient experience at the practice.

We meet every two or three months on Zoom with the practice manager and Dr Ramchandani to talk about improvements that can be made and changes that are happening within General Practice. We are always looking for more people to join us. We are only a small group and realise we represent a large number of patients.

A home delivery service for housebound patients in conjunction with Flora Fountain Pharmacy, if you are housebound or know someone who is please ask them to contact Flora Fountain to order their medication and a member of our PPG will deliver the prescription to their home.

Patient Transport, where patients are unable to get to an appointment either at the surgery or hospital where possible if you meet the criteria we will be able to assist.  Please note that this is a voluntary service and we are not medically trained.
