With the ongoing concern of the Wuhan novel coronavirus and media coverage you may be seeing an increase in patient queries. To limit any potential patients attending your clinics or practice who may be be carriers, signage outside the building may aid in preventing contact. Below is some information you may want to display:


If you have returned from Wuhan in the last 14 days:

  • If well enough please return home and do not enter the practice 

  • stay indoors and avoid contact with other people as you would with other flu viruses

  • call NHS 111 to inform them of your recent travel to the city

Changes in repeat prescriptions from the pharmacy

Practices across North West London would like patients to request their own repeat prescriptions directly from their GP Surgery.  You can ask us for online access to order via the online portal and phone app or drop it into surgery, send it in the post or send us a fax 01898 812099.

For emergency medical advice when the surgery is closed please call 111.

HIV - we are in an area where HIV is fairly common (2 per 1000) Aged 15-59, so we offer an HIV test to every new patient.  Please just ask for a blood form at reception or the GP or Nurse when you see them, alternatively hand  in a slip available at reception and pop your name on it.

Care Record Viewer this is a new feature that is available on line if you would like to access this feature on line and already have access to scripts and appointments please let the receptionist know you just need a pass phrase, if you have not used on line services ask the receptionist for full access.


Accountable GP  - All registered patients  including children have an allocated named GP, this GP will take the responsibility for the co-ordination of your care for all appropriate services.  If you have not been informed of your accountable named GP please ask the receptionist next time you are here, you have choice of which GP list you are allocated too.

 The counter signatory must not:

• Be related by birth or marriage
• Be living at the same address as the applicant/parent of applicant

Additional Update: In the past it was ok to use your Doctor/GP to countersign your application. Due to high demand and complaints received from medical professionals you are now not able to use your registered doctor as a counter signatory (however if you have a friend or colleague who is a doctor this is still permitted).
