We have a computerised system for our prescriptions. However, we do ask for 48 hours to process repeat prescription requests. Repeat requests must be given in writing (post, hand deliver or fax to the surgery) or via our online service (see below). To reduce the risk of prescribing errors, medication requests cannot be taken verbally over the phone.
We kindly request you use the white, right hand side of your previous repeat prescription as this has convenient tick boxes. This also avoid medication errors.
A new Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) is also available. We can send your signed prescription directly to your nominated pharmacy. Please give your pharmacy a minimum of 48 hours to have your items ready this service is a direct computer link with GP practices to pharmacies and allow the pharmacist to download your prescription electronically, saving you the time of collecting it from us and taking to the chemist.

Pharmacy 2U are an online pharmacy that deliver to your door, this service is only available for prescriptions that can go through the EPS service, they are unable to manage controlled drugs and some appliances.
Dossette Boxes - please be aware that if you require your medication in a dossette box for medical reasons you will need to arrange this through your GP. If you request it from the chemist for convenience you will be charged a fee every month.
Changes in repeat prescriptions from the pharmacy
Practices across North West London would like patients to request their own repeat prescriptions directly from their GP Surgery. You can ask us for online access to order via the online portal and phone app or drop it into surgery, send it in the post or send us a fax 01898 812099.
