Changes in repeat prescriptions from the pharmacy
Practices across North West London would like patients to request their own repeat prescriptions directly from their GP Surgery. You can ask us for online access to order via the online portal and phone app or drop it into surgery, send it in the post or send us a fax 01898 812099.
For emergency medical advice when the surgery is closed please call 111.
FRIENDS & FAMILY SURVEY - We would be grateful if you could follow the Patient Survey link below to complete our short survey following your experience at the surgery. This will enable you to provide us with anonymous feedback which may help to improve our service. Click here for patient survey

HIV - we are in an area where HIV is fairly common (2 per 1000) Aged 15-59, so we offer an HIV test to every new patient. Please just ask for a blood form at reception or the GP or Nurse when you see them, alternatively hand in a slip available at reception and pop your name on it.
Dossette Boxes - please be aware that if you require your medication in a dossette box for medical reasons you will need to arrange this through your GP. If you request it from the chemist for convenience you will be charged a fee every month.
Care Record Viewer – this is a new feature that is available on line if you would like to access this feature on line and already have access to scripts and appointments please let the receptionist know you just need a pass phrase, if you have not used on line services ask the receptionist for full access.
Accountable GP - All registered patients including children have an allocated named GP, this GP will take the responsibility for the co-ordination of your care for all appropriate services. If you have not been informed of your accountable named GP please ask the receptionist next time you are here, you have choice of which GP list you are allocated too.
EPS Prescription service - this means we can electronically send your prescription to the chemist of your choice. If you would like to use this service please either let us know your nominated chemist of choice or call into your chemist and they can set it up for.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CONTROLLED DRUGS CAN NOT BE PROCESSED THIS WAY AND HAVE TO BE SIGNED FOR BY THE PATIENT OR THE CHEMIST (PREGABALIN & GABAPENTIN ARE NOW CONTROLLED DRUGS)
PASSPORT SIGNING AND NATURALISAION IS NO LONGER DONE WITH THE GP - SEE ADVICE BELOW
The counter signatory must not:
